
Lyle Silverman Joins Menard as Field Operations Manager
Pittsburgh, PA (October 29, 2004): Lyle Silverman has joined Menard as Field Operations Manager. In this position, he is responsible for field operations including the management of field-based employees, field productivity, schedule adherence and plant/equipment operations.
Silverman has 30 years of experience in specialty geotechnical construction, ground improvement and deep foundation construction. He started his career as a pile driver and was promoted over the years to foreman, superintendent, project manager, construction manager, senior construction manager and field productivity manager. Silverman has been involved with numerous earth retaining and foundation support systems nationwide including the World Trade Center Recovery project, 30 Hudson Street in Jersey City, the Boston Central Artery/Tunnel and the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. He has also been involved with numerous vibro technology projects.
