
Chris Parinella Joins Menard as Project Manager
Pittsburgh, PA (June 30, 2008): Chris Parinella, P.E., has joined Menard, ground improvement specialists, as a project manager. In this position, he is responsible for maintaining client relationships, planning and facilitating project implementation, and monitoring the status of current ground improvement projects. Chris is a P.E. (professional engineer) with a background in project management, engineering design and construction management. His experience includes design and management of projects involving water/wastewater plants, solid/residual waste landfills with special emphasis on the geotechnical components, including foundations and ground improvement, quality control/quality assurance, construction management of all components of landfill construction, and general construction projects.
Prior to joining Menard, Parinella was a project manager for ITT-Water & Wastewater, a lead engineer and project manager for Michael Baker Corporation, an assistant project engineer for Paul C. Rizzo Associates, a utilities engineer for the Atlantic City Sewerage Company and a design engineer for the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources, Bureau of Abandoned Mine Reclamation. Chris obtained his B.S. in Mining Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University in 1984. He is a member of the Deep Foundations Institute (DFI) and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
